I was so lucky to see the changing process of the latest Harvey Nichols Windows 2 weeks ago.
I don't know the VM team can be that big in a fashion brand.
There were more than 7 people working at the same time for dressing the mannequins or putting the props at the right place.
The latest windows really make me think of those Japanese Ninja!
The headpieces are also cool!
