I don't think I should introduce Gary Card every time I write about him. He just did a collaboration with Other Shop for a window installation and a special T-shirt range. It has released since February but I just realised I haven't captured the window so I went back and got these. I have got 2 of the 6 styles. They are also available on the Other's online shop so get them if you like. I heard of they only produced a small amount.

LET'S GET LOST - THE EVOLUTION OF LULA BY GARY CARD
If Gary Card have his own fans club, I think I will be one of the oldest members in the club. Start following him since 2008, I try to visit every work he does - the Levis installation, Joseph's window, Topman swim shorts and even the amazing LN-CC. After a short break from the JW Anderson small world he created, I have resumed my Gary's journey with the latest exhibition.

MY PICK - THE BEST OF 2012
Chinese always recall what they did during the year in the the new year's eve. It's time to have a recap of my busy 2012 with all the amazing windows and emerging designers. I got many new opportunities as a freelancer and my blog seems having more and more regulars. Interviewing Romeo Gigli is the highlight of my 2012 and he is just so inspirational. I really hope to see him again in my career and can't wait to see his SS2013 Joyce collaboration. Thanks Cosmopolitan HK and Joyce again for this opportunity.
Thank you very much for all the regulars' supports and all the repost from twitter.
I picked my 2012 favourites and I hope they are yours too!

My favourite Window displays:
There is no doubt about me choosing the JWA fro Topshop window as my 2012 favourite. Two of my favourite people in the world worked together to create a little JWA world in the Topshop flagship. The collection is not my cup of tea but the whole set-up definitely is.
I didn't get many chances to interview big people in the industry. Romeo is not very well known in my generation and I've never heard of him before I got the chance to meet him in person. Thanks Joyce for bringing him back to the fashion world and I got a chance to see his classical designs. You would love to have a small exhibition in store when gong shopping wouldn't you!? (special thanks Cosmopolitan HK)
I can't list the best window from Moschino since they always impress me when I pass by their store. So I would invite you to have a look of my Moschino archive and see how fun their windows are.
My Favourite Store:
0416X1024 is my favourite Taiwanese brand since my first visit to Taipei. I was so surprised when the founder agreed to let me have a feature of the flagship on my blog during my Taiwan trip in summer. Hope you enjoy your visit there if you are traveling Taiwan.
My favourite menswear designer:
Three words: PRINT, PRINTING and PRINTS. You may think I work for Lobster & Burger if I wear a shirt with lobster print. I don't care since lobsters is a must-have in the coming season!
My favourite womenswear designer:
You don't know how much I love this womenswear designer. I would dare to be a girl if I could own a range of her clothes.
My favourite graduate designer:
I don't think I have to explain why and introduce who Kay Kwok is, do I? The Hong Kong born LCF MA graduate rocked in the digital print and 3D printing skills. I really look forward to his coming collections.

J.W. ANDERSON X TOPSHOP INSTALLATION AT OXFORD STREET
Nothing much to say but my favourite piece of the collaboration is the set design by Gary Card. Please Jonathan please ask Gary to make some t-shirts for your next Topshop collection, Please! (and Yes, the little fan asked Gary Card for a photo with this weird face)
I will go back for the window shots later so come back for them soon!

LET'S GET LOST - GARY CARD 13 PORTRAITS EXHIBITION
I don't think I should title myself as a Gard Card number 1 fan but I do follow his blog and always keep my eyes on his new creation. As all my friends know I like his work, I've just been told there is a portrait exhibition holding in the store of David David, a London based artist and designer. I like David David's pieces and I wanted to get the Fred Perry collaboration so so so much when I was 18. I couldn't afford it and I kept visit Lane Crawford for touching them. Visiting their actual store made me feeling much better now since there are loads of pieces with the classic cube patterns that I really like. Gary's exhibition is at the gallery space when is on the lower ground floor.
The exhibition is exactly as the name, 13 Portraits. Clean light, simple set-up, great work. DONE! I love colours of the portraits but they look quite different from Gary's previous work. They are more realistic than those cute illustrations that Gary did. I took a closer shots for my favourites. Loving the bright eyes! Just pop-in and have a break if you go shopping around Covent Garden before 10/5!!
To visit the exhibition, please check the detail above.

LET'S GET LOST - THE BIG EGG HUNT
It's bit early to talk about Easter but a great chance to get lost in London is just launched. The big Egg Hunt is a charity event for elephants and children. There are 200 eggs being hidden all around London and I have found my favourite one Gary Card! (Yea I got the direction online) You can also bid the egg if you want to bring it home. Selfridges have built a exclusive "The Big Egg Shop" for selling some miniature versions. Join the the event to have fun if you are in London before April and show your support of our planet!
